Albert Hakim from City Management Group has a full service Brokerage and Property Management firm. Over the last 15 years City Management has sold more foreclosed properties than any other Company in Metro Detroit area.
After selling well over 11,000 foreclosed properties we have fine tuned a work flow and developed proven systems built for quality and efficiency. City Management Group and TEAM utilizes the latest, state of the art Management systems. Including 3rd party software and custom developed solutions. Staff: In addition to real estate agents our staff includes, a real estate appraiser, and transaction coordinators. We have very little employee turnover and our average staff member has been with us for the majority of the recent "REO Boom" and before market went downwards and during its current upturn.
