I take a cradle-to-grave approach to REO asset disposition, managing each assignment from valuation through closing. As a dual-licensed broker in Wisconsin and Illinois with over 30 years of experience across Milwaukee and the surrounding eight-county region, I specialize in residential and commercial REO, short sale, and pre-foreclosure properties. My focus is accurate valuations, strategic pricing, occupancy oversight, vendor coordination, and timely reporting to ensure assets move efficiently and in compliance with client expectations. I understand the operational standards required by asset managers and work to minimize delays, protect asset value, and deliver clean, well-managed transactions.
