With over 24 years of diverse real estate expertise, Robert Passafiume is a seasoned professional in REO asset management, residential sales, and property disposition. Throughout his career, Robert has personally facilitated the disposition of over 2,500 bank-owned properties as an Asset Manager at two of the larger Asset Management companies nationwide. His extensive background includes loan origination, title work, foreclosure management, and REO sales, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the asset lifecycle and the tools to deliver exceptional results.
Currently, Robert leads the Waypoint Team, part of REAL Broker, where he focuses on the Denver Metro area and surrounding markets. His proven track record includes servicing assets for HUD, Servicers and a few other corporate clients utilizing the Bid On Homes Platform, where he has demonstrated his ability to meet tight deadlines, ensure compliance, and maximize asset value.
