Bio:

Dale has been a Realtor for 29 years and a broker for 23. He has a passion for assisting clients in difficult situations, and handles every transaction with professionalism and diplomacy. During the post-2008 housing crisis, Dale worked with Freddie Mac in listing REOs and successfully marketed, managed and sold an enormous portfolio in Salt Lake, Utah and Summit counties. That experience has led him to create a proficient system to assist other entities, from small credit unions to national REO corporations. When not working, Dale enjoys fishing, golf and his family.
