Monica Hill is the Broker/Owner of MVP Real Estate & Investments LLC, a woman- and minority-owned brokerage in Southern California. With more than 30 years of experience, she has led her “Dream Team” of professionals to complete over $1 billion in residential and commercial sales. Recognized as a Top Producer and awarded the #1 BPO Brokerage by a national asset management company, Monica is known for her precision, leadership, and results.
Beyond real estate, Monica is the CEO of Mission Excel, a nonprofit women’s support organization, and has empowered hundreds of families with financial literacy, homeownership, and retention programs.
